Over the last 30+ years, Jane's career journey has covered much ground both in terms of business exposure and people management issues. Her roles have been immensely interesting and have included handling radio recruitment, undertaking one of the first large change management programmes within the television industry and then running her own TV production services and training company.
For the past decade Jane has specialised in supporting MDs and senior managers in developing their businesses through the organisation (and re-organisation) of their human talent. Working with, and mentoring Board members and key personnel, she defines the business/human resource strategy, sets up and communicates workable frameworks with practical and understandable contracts, operational policies and procedural handbooks. She carries out investigations for disciplinary and grievance cases and mediates in situations where there are mismatched expectations or a breakdown in communications.
Jane works with, and is supported by, a small number of like-minded professional Associates who deliver generalist and specialist HR, Coaching and business consultancy services.

Jane is an Accredited Executive of the Institute for Independent Business and was awarded a Fellowship in 2008 (FInstIB).
As an active IIB, CIPD and HR Inner Circle member, Jane participates in regular continuous professional development to keep up to date and support others with many aspects of business practice.
Jane is a certified Coach, Master Mentor, and qualified in the use of psychometric assessment and testing tools typically used for team building, recruitment and understanding top teams’ working styles and behaviours.
